Deann Hat Pattern

posted in: Pattern - Head | 0

Name: Deann Hat

Created by: Ellen, at Knitti Politi

Name after Deann, who loves hats! The design is packed with a variety of textured stitches, starting with a cloche-like band that is worked flat and joined, then stitches are picked up from the band with the rest of the hat worked in the round. A decorative tab feature on the end of the band is embellished with a button, to set the hat off.

Pattern also includes instructions for a Sibling Version which keeps all the texture of the original, with a less elaborate brim and top, for easier knitting. Matching fingerless mitts pattern also available.
