Here is a sweet little crochet Sunshine by Janet McMahon. I’ve used one of her knitting patterns before and found it a joy to work with.

caroline hegwerThese are the Sunshine Socks. Why Sunshine? I don’t know. Maybe because they almost seem to glow, with their bright colors, and their cheerful mock cable and chevron pattern. They were knit using SockPixie’s Merino Sock Yarn. So, ready…Here we go!

For the beginner knitter, a beautiful baby blanket of sunshine!

Sunny Baby Blanket pattern by Lucie SinklerFrom the pattern description: Of course this blanket can be knit in any color you please, but bright yellow brings an extra spark of joy and light. A pretty textured pattern makes it even livelier. The more you wash this yarn, the softer it gets.
